What time should I arrive?
The ceremony begins at 2pm so we ask that you arrive 15-30 mins prior. We suggest arriving to the church 30 minutes before to allow time to find parking and get situated.
Is parking available?
Most parking around LJ Village is 2 hour, so keep this in mind if you park nearby. There are some all-day spots on Eads Ave which is a longer walk but located between both the ceremony and reception.
How to get from the ceremony to the reception?
The La Jolla Woman’s Club (reception) is just an 8 min walk away from Mary, Star of the Sea (ceremony). If you drive and park near the church, you may want to consider re-parking closer to the La Jolla Woman’s Club after the ceremony.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
DRESS CODE: Semi-formal. We encourage our guests to wear colorful, earthy tones - think fall garden party! Have fun with it! See here for inspo!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity at the reception venue we’re unable accommodate additional guests. If you feel like we’ve missed someone in your party, please reach out to us directly.
Are kids allowed?
We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to have a child-free reception due to limited space. All ages are welcome at the church ceremony.
Will there be an after party?
Working on it! Details coming soon ;)
